You have the RIGHT to remain silent.

It is in your best interests to simply not explain or qualify anything.

What are the "justication" defenses in Texas?

Texas has codified all the justification defenses that are available to a person charged with certain crimes.

As you learn about such laws you'll notice that their application is very technical.

Any misunderstanding of the laws surrounding "justification" will remove your ability to use the justification defense.

The following presents a brief list of justification defenses:

    Self Defense
    Defense of another person
Protecting another from suicide or self-inflicted bodily injury
Protecting your property (real or personal)
Protecting another’s property (real or personal)
Using a device to protect property
Law enforcement conduct related to arrest and search, preventing escape, and
maintaining security in a correctional facility
Use of force against others by parents and educators,
Use of force by guardians against an incompetent person for whom the guardian provides primary care.

I'm not certain the question makes sense.
Are you saying your defense to shis assault offense is that you were provoked?

This question makes no grammatical sense (and I can't conceive why you thought you should capitalize ever word).

Whether a person is justified to use self defense obviously depends on the relevant facts. Voicing one's opinion has nothing to do with it.
