Let's say a cop pulls you over searches your vehicle and finds weed. Then takes it and pictures of it and your ride. Then tells you in order for you to not catch a felony charge you have to call them in few days agreeing to take part as an informant during a drug raid. Is this legal?

Of course it's legal. It's called getting a deal. Just as it is legal for you to say no and retain legal counsel.

I don't know what the pictures have to do with it.

But since this is a hypothetical situation we'll just leave it at that.
