I paid off my judgment and they will not sign to release the judgment out of the court. I am closing on a house in a week waiting to clear this up. What can I do? Thanks

You can't make them do it.
But, you can provide proof to the lender that you paid the judgment in full.
A canceled check or money order should be sufficient.
If that isn't acceptable, you can try to delay the closing until you get proof the judgement was paid.

Patience and perserverance are always useful traits to possess.
