Had credit card debt. Went to collection agency in my state. (Utah). Got sued. Lost. Judgement now in place stating they can repo and garnish wages.

Debt then sold to collection agency in North Carolina (i think). They said they know about judgement.

Question 1: Can this new collection agency start a new judgement against me or would that be like being charged for the same crime so to speak?

Question 2: Also the statue of limitations for a judgement in Utah is 8 years. If this judgement is not acted on, (i.e. they don't repo or garnish), does that mean I can contact the court and say bye bye to it?

Question 3: Also, if I am already being garnished for child support by my work and state & fed refunds, Can they garnish it even more?
