Judge says I have Options...help!

Friend ran a stop sign and deffered the ticket. Recently got a speeding ticket for doing 30 in a 25. I was passing someone at the time. She went to court and judge held judgement so she could look at her options. I was under the impression that a ticket within a year of 1st defferment would automatically cancel 1st defferment and she would have to pay both tickets. Please advise.

Don't know your county or state. Impossible to tell. That's not a great deal of speed difference and you might want to fight the accuracy of the ticket as well.
