It has been over two years since my best friend has seen her daughter. She lost custody of her daughter almost 4 years ago after many many lies were told about her new husband. Her daughter in now almost nine. My friend is supposed to have visitation but at the present moment does not even know where the child is. The custody order stated that there would be visitation as well as constant contact with the daughter. It has not happened. She has not been able to see her daughter in over two years. She is only allowed short phone calls and only when the child calls her. Is there any way they can try to get her child back? If so what type of leaglities must she go through. My friend has already spent a great deal of money of court cost and legal aid, is there and low cost lawyers that could help???
