i have been accused by the same person of identity theft, fraud, theft, and now stalking...is this slander and if it what can i do and if it isnt what can i do to stop her

Without telling on yourself, is ANY of it true?
If some of it is true, its very hard for you to prevail.

If NONE of its true, you potentially have a case.
Talk to an attorney, and sue her.

Don't expect to make a fortune on it.
Most jury awards (which are rare) amount to a token award of $1.00.
The slanderer is then admonished NOT to do it again.

Problem is, how to unring a bell, once it has been heard?
You can't.
The more salacious the rumor, the easier it is believed.

none of it is true....not once accusation has she made against me is true.....i am so tired of having to defend myself against her and these accusation and prove my innocence
