I got pulled over the other night in my drive way. the cop said he had a report of a car speeding and playing loud music. i was coming down the road and he got behind me. pulled me. can he pull me just because someone called in a report of a car and im driving a suv. i asked him why he pull me he said he had a report and if it was me.
