Fraud, Embezzlement, Bad Checks Is this Remand a general Remand or a limited Remand?

Please provide a brief......situation:



I lost a trial by Jury in 2007.

On direct appeal the Judge's finding was:



"We AFFIRM the conviction,but VACATE the impossing of a six-level multiple-victims enhancement,USSG 2B1.1 and REMAND for RESENTENCING."



I have two questions:

Is this Remand a general Remand or a limited Remand?

and when I go for resentencing will the Judge sentence me again only on the 2B1.1 enhancement or will the Judge sentence me again on all the other enhancements as well?

I will be appointed a Public defender for my resentencing.I do not know at this time what I will do in the future in that regard.I am writing from prison through a third party.
