My ex wife quit her job 4 months ago and after recieving papers from me asking for more visitation from her she has decided that she wants to update income sheets for child support. Can she really just quit her job to live on c/s and the court will award her more money so she doesnt have to get a job. Not to mention that she works doing hair so it is all cash income so impossible to know if she really isnt working

She can't do that. What the hell? If she quit her job, she's sol. She did it to herself.

You can thow a figure out on the cash. Make it big, not rediculouse, but big. She'll then want to rebut it, example: "Judge, she does salon work, and has made around $15,000 cash" Other side: "No, I only made $10,000 cash!". Get it?

Kinda like when the cops pick up a pot head and say: "We need to talk about a missing body and all the blood in your trunk" Pot head: "Blood? There's no blood, I only keep my weed in there!" Of course.
