k dont have time to go through the whole story but give you the gist of it.
my sister and hubby split up she went out one night he came to her home took the kid and filed for emergency exparte order giving him temp custody. his reason was he claimed she was an alcoholic. which is a lie. any way they went to court for final hearing 2 weeks ago and he claimed he had eye witness that saw her drunk at bar. said it was the bartender.k so the they go to court for 2nd half of final hearing he was caught in a ton of lies and welfare fraud ON THE STAND yes under oath. so there was no witness there. the lawyers went into judges chambers and his lawyer wanted the guardian ad litem to go get statement from this bartender who they have still not released the name of to anybody not even guardian ad litem or judge. that is as of today. but my question is shouldent he supoena this witness i mean this was the final hearing and he was caught in a ton of lies. she had to have her witnesses there why not him?
and this could determine weather or not she gets custody back!!!
it just doesnt make sense to me.
anything she can do?
