Hi,
I am from Nepal. My wife applied for F1 Visa and later on after the massive earthquake in Nepal, she got TPS. As far as I know, one can not apply as a dependent of TPS holder. But as a student of law, I think there is or should be some provisions. If there is any provision or any option, please provide me some info about it.
If there is no any such provisions, can you please suggest me some other alternative to be there with her? Similarly, can you please provide me the time frame for change of status from TPS to F1?
