Is there a statute of limitation on a criminal case Criminal Trials, Hearings

    I have been out on bond going on 2 years and in that time my lawyer the judge and the district attorney have all been replaced I'm the only 1 original in the case and I am wondering if there is a statute of limitations or what route I can follow to get this case closed.

    Because the case has been filed, the SOL is not an issue. I suspect that there have been a string of continuances in the case. You can always urge your current attorney to try and push for the matter to go to trial if that is your preference.
