I am a benificary of my granparents trust. My grandfather passed away in 2000 and my Grandmother in 2007. My father is the executor of the trust and did not notify me of the passing of my grandmother or dispursement of the trust. In the trust any real property is bequested to him, however the property was sold in 2005 before my grandmother passed away in 2007. When he sold the property in 2005 was that money his to take or was that money that should have went in to the trust... because at the time of my grandmothers death there was no real property. I also have requested the accounting of the trust from my father>> Executor. He replied that there is only about $2,500 left and has not produced any accounting.
