I am a 71-year-old woman who takes care of her 74-yearold brother and 95-year-old mother. We are all handicapped. I had to file bankruptcy this year and it has been finalized. The bank that held the note on our vehicle,which we need to go to specialized doctors' appointments, was taken away from me. I don't know what I did wrong on my bankruptcy papers, but I had put the vehicle in exemption. Can anyone help us? Please, we need the vehicle desperately.
