I have been married for 3 years, and separated from my wife for one year because of her drug addiction and abuse. After the separation I stated a business , and I am buying a house very soon. My question is if I decide to get divorce, is my wife entitled to half of my business and my house or no. what can I do legally to protect my self. ( I live in Texas)
