My dad past away in 2003 and had over 100 k saved up. He wasn't in the right state of mind and was also admitted into a mental hospital prior to his passing. Before he passed away he gave the right to his money to my aunt. She was saving that money for my sister and I until we gotten older. The following year (2004) my uncle deceived my aunt into giving him the money by giving her a bogus story. Before she gave him the money she made him sign a document. Fast forward now into 2015 as I'm now old enough to pursue legal action is it too late to sue my uncle?
