I have an idea for an invention but i dont know the legal process. I dont want to get sued for taking someones idea by accident. Is there a website that has a search engine for patents so i can check if its been invented yet? If i apply for a patent, do they check first if its already been invented? Or do they just process it and if i get sued too bad?
