Please forgive me for such a long post. I have a stalker/hacker that is extremely crafty.
I quit dating this person in October of 2016, still having issues today. For the 11 months we dated she did have access to my phones and PC's when I would go to her home. I run a small business and obviously utilize those tools to operate my business. Having physical access to my devices explains alot of the hacking back then. But now, with zero access since October of 2016 there has been ZERO physical contact with this person. Since then, I have factory reset my PC once - then paid a company to, "scan" my PC and they found nothing. They assured me my PC is safe, I still wonder, can't help it. I did save the hard drive from an old PC I used while dating her. That has not been scanned.
I have been through phones, mostly Android and she still gets in. Man, I didn't realize how much there is, my apologies for droning on. You need this information though if you can help me coordinate through this fiasco.
Ok, so I was getting calls from, "00000000000" or other countries, yes i did answer a few of them a time or two, I have since quit and do NOT answer unless I recognize the number. I do not click an ANY link sent via text whether I know the person or not. I never open an email unless I KNOW the sender.
What is happening - My current G/F will receive text messages from an unknown, anonymous or blocked sender containing screenshots of text messages I have on my phone. So if I am having a conversation with someone via text; those messages are sent to my G/F's phone as screenshots. My G/F and I can have conversations sitting right next to each other, not on the phone and we will get text messages regarding subject matter of those conversations. Which means my stalker/hacker can monitor via microphone. Phone calls are a no brainer, yes she can hear those too. She references them in text messages to my G/F and myself. When the stalker/hacker texts me she, "spoofs" my G/F phone number. So a text from my G/F will either be my G/F or the stalker/hacker.
What we have done to try and get this stalker/hacker out of our lives. We have started utilizing protonmail in the hopes that she can't see messages even if the app is downloaded to the phone. We have started utilizing the Signal app in hopes of privacy texting and calling. Just last night the stalker/hacker referenced a phone conversation with the Signal app. With this app installed I blocked my G/F's phone number, stalker/hacker just unblocks G/F number and texts me anyway or spoofs some random phone number. G/F hasn't stopped receiving texts. The stalker/hacker now utilizes guerillamail to send me emails. They are one liners usually in the subject. I open then and set them to be blocked.
Stalker/Hacker has used a fake facebook account to terrorize my G/F - have proof of bullying, but no source to pin it to. Hacker no longer utilizes facebook. Stalker/Hacker sent photos of PRINTED copies of my credit card statements and a 1099 to my G/F via facebook messenger. Stalker/Hacker has access to pretty much any account I ever setup. Bank accounts, credit card accounts etc. Stalker/Hacker has sent screenshots via blocked or anonymous sms to my G/F's phone. Stalker/Hacker obviously has my SSN and DOB. Doesn't help that stalker/hacker worked as a Jailer for 13 years and now works at a casino in the auditing department.
I switched from Android to iPhone because an IT professional told me Apple is impossible to hack. WRONG. I utilized a DIFFERENT provider to get a NEW phone number, NEW phone and setup my FIRST AppleID. I utilized an email setup just for AppleID and no login to that email since, I even set that up at the library. Hacker was in by the time I got across town. My first text message was from G/F phone number saying, "Have you no shame". I called G/F to verify she didn't send message, she didn't. So now I am stuck with 2 phones that are compromised.
Hacker has completly taken over G/F phone remotley somehow as well as AppleID. Switched providers with NEW phone, NEW AppleID and NEW email associated with that AppleID and account. Stalker/Hacker is back in her phone too. These two have NEVER met let alone even live in the same state.
I do not utilize the same password for any account. I use long, weird and crazy passwords. No matter what I do, stalker/hacker seems to always get in. She has compromised gmail accounts, numerous ones. But the one that got me......I setup a gmail account with a crazy name, "iwillnever.eatpoopagain" gender female, some birthday I don't remember and that is also setup as the name. I utilized a password that is probably 25 or 30 characters long. I set this up at my moms house on my brothers pc. The stalker/hacker has never been to my moms or anywhere near my brothers pc. I did not check any personal accounts on this pc. My brother gave me an old phone he had that did not have a SIM card. I setup two factor authorization for this new email account and verified with my moms phone. I then deleted that backup phone number as well as the backup email. At the same time I did set up a separate backup email for verification, then deleted it. I then setup a google voice number for this new gmail. I downloaded the necessary apps to the phone and vuala! I had a phone that works on wifi as a phone with calling and texting capabilities. SCORE! Then disappointment sets in after I find out stalker/hacker has this one too. HOW? I have NEVER logged into that email since leaving my moms. I never called or texted G/F with this phone, just called the landline at the house. I never called or texted this phone with either of my phones. I use it to call landlines.
People think I am crazy, I wish they could witness or experience this. It is unnerving. Had an instance where apparently I was having a conversation with a friend of mine and the whole conversation was screenshot and send to G/F's phone. I got my friend involved to prove to my G/F that these texts were fake. That is WAY too much POWER to have over someone.
I know this is a lot. Law enforcement pretty much shoved me out of there police station. I am totally at a loss here, is there ANYTHING you can think of to help?

The question, what can I do? Where do I go after local law enforcement does NOTHING? Am I just destined to have this invasion for the rest of my life because my stalker/hacker is the smartest person in the world and the ONLY one capable of this?
Let me liken my feelings to something else.......Imagine if you will, you are asleep in your bed, nice warm, cozy and comfortable. While you are sleeping, your stalker decides to, "come visit" and walks right in your home and starts rifling through your things. Just snooping around and collecting whatever they want. They leave and you are none the wiser. If someone, "comes into my home" castle law says I can protect my home and ultimately my privacy/life. But what is the difference between the two other than physical? The intellectual one is much more damaging and much more unnerving. Physical has a solution, I shoot them once they cross my threshold. Intellectual, I just have to accept it and deal with it? Or pay hundreds of thousands of dollars HOPING there is something with some meat on it to at least be able to PROVE anything.......
