He still has a chance at joint custody and you may wind up sending her to Dads on a visitation schedule. She cannot refuse to go to Dad's. You can certainly ask for anger mgmt and parenting but the courts may not comply. Nobody knows what a court will decide but joint custody does not mean joint parenting time.
