Possibly some advise what or how i should go about with this issue:
3 Years ago i send money back home in VIETNAM, to a family relative to buy a land for me.
I came over there to see the land and ask for the actual price and documents but was told that couldn't get the document still being process. I had little time so i flew back to Canada
A few weeks back i found out that i was scammed from my very own sister. She took the money bought the land under her name. Put my name on it.
How would i go in getting either my money back or the land, atleast under my name.
Any possible advice or help would be much appreciated.
