What are the options a canadian has to claims that he is the father of a polish baby?

The baby isn't born yet, but she claims i'm the father and says she wants my surname and my nationality for the baby. can she do this? how does this affect me if i am the father?

Can she do it? Sounds like she is doing it.

Anyway, I know nothing of Canadian law or Polish law, but I suspect that if you are found to be the father, then ma and the kid will want some dough from you.
