My X-Wife wishes to pursue a Third Degree Felony for my son at the age of 17 who moving to Texas on his own in June of 2008 and emancipating himself from her, we went through the attorney general's office and they dropped all child support for him from the court of common pleas in Lancaster PA..
Is this possible, and if it is what should I do....He does not wish to live with his mother, but she has filed a motion under CRIMES CODE 18 Pa.C.S.A. §2904 INTERFERENCE WITH CUSTODY OF CHILDREN with Centre County PA. now in October of 2008. Please let us know......Thanks
