I was in an auto accident and the driver got out of his car and ask me not to call the police because was not legal to drive and said the his girlfriend was on the way and was the owner of the car and would say that she was driving so I call the cops and she told them that she was driving and I told the truth and the cops took the driver away in the car for driving while barried I called the insurance and the driver lied about what happend and the accident report was very vauge I was stopped at an intersection and pulled up past the line about 4-5 in and the driver came from the left and ran into the side of the front of my car the insurance company said that I was more than 50% at fault so I have to go thru my insurance and pay the deductible and now deal with raised insurance cost the question is if I have legal ground to sue for the cost of the deductible and lose of use or more? I feel that I did the right thing.
