my wife has as it states in divorce papers residential and custodial rights .recently her mother changed a doctors appointment my wife made for her daughter by saying she was the stepmother. what actions can we take against her

Matthew -- is this the kind of problem that shoudl require the court's time? Unless I'm missing some issue of severity, this sounds like a small domestic issue to be worked out with the parties. However, you may want to send written notice to ensure that the party is warned not to do it again.
