i have tried to look this up but i cant find this info. anywhere. Im trying to find out how long a grand jury has to indite someone in ky. My b/f was arrested on 3/17/08 and went to court on 3/24/08 it was turned over then. Do they have 60 bus. dys to come back with an answer and what if they dont how much longer do we have to wait for the answer right now he is sitting in jail but he hasnt been sentenced.
