I suppose this troop of Indian monkeys have not only heard it, they practice it.

Monkeys are evil and in a fight they will grab and rip off testicles. They can also climb and throw rocks. Would not want to fight one.

OTOH many of the dogs getting attacked aren't privately-owned pets, they're wild/feral and responsible for killing 20-30,000 people a year in India due to attacks and rabies.

So.... let them fight and then nuke the rest from orbit, it's the only way to be sure...
