My girlfriend wonders if she could get in trouble. Shes kindof an exhibionist. Last nite we were at a bar and she had on a tiny mini-skirt and thong, and halter top. She was dancing with me and then lots of guys, and grinding on us and letting her skirt rise up and all could see her butt, tho she did have a thong on. she was drunk and letting guys grab her rear and breasts, tho they were covered by her top. Is what she was doing illegal? or is it ok if a bit distasteful and tacky?

It's possible that she could be charged with an offense but frankly, it comes across more slutty than..well..illegal.

If she does get arrested, she should speak with an attorney.

If she is in a private club she needn't worry too much... but the same thing outside in public might be an issue.
She should be more concerned with her level of intoxication... that would likely get her arrested faster.
