Incorporate without S.S. #

due to my ex-wife, and her boyfriend stalking me, I would like to incorporate my business, and move it to another part of the state

I am concerned that if I file using my SS # they will be able to eventually find where i have moved to

Unless you spend time and effort to hide your business, e.g. several shell companies, it can eventually be found. How do you think they can use your social security number to simply find your business? If you're subject to subpoena, there will be a need for disclosure anyways. You might want to use service agents, incorporate in another state (e.g. Delaware) and there are other options. Good luck.
