Two years ago while I was incarcerated my Mother passed and had a will. In the will my brother was executor and everything was to be split 3 ways between us 3 (adult) children evenly. Well my sister and I never received anything nor an accounting of any of the estate. Do I have a recourse and if so does anyone know what I can do for my sister and myself?
