I got a car in my name for someone and 3 months later she moved out the state and the finance company been calling me because she missing payments what can I do cause I can't get in touch with her

Two things matter.

1. Are you on the title? If yes, is it "or" between the names or "and"?
2. Are you the sole owner of the debt?

Technically, you are the one missing payments. I suggest you bring the account current so you do not destroy your credit with a delinquency and repossession. If the car is legally yours then find it and take it back. A repo company may be able to help you with that.
