My husbend is in custody on charges of re enry he has been deported 3 timed he has 2 children here in Washington and we were married here in Washington his problems occured in the state of oregon is there any way he could be released here in Washington state instead of being deported back to mexico

If he's been deported three times, the chances of him being allowed to stay in the country are virtually nil.
Sorry, but the way USCIS views this is that he has absolutely no respect for the US and its laws. You may need to consider moving to Mexico to be with him.

Three times deported - not likely at all they will let him stay. He can hire a lawyer but *very* doubtful that would help in this case.

This is the risk one takes when one decides to evade the big, bad, Border Patrol.
You can meet him in Mexico, or wait until he sneaks back into the US and you reunite once more.
This is a very dangerous game, because he could eventually wind up in some US prison gulag.
It might be time for him and you to consider OTHER options.
