My husband is Canadian and we are about to file our paperwork with immigration. We are a little concerned that we may have waited too long. We hav been married for 2 years and have ben living in the states without him having any visa. We read that after 2 years of marriage it would be easier to go through the process and thought we should just wait. We have been filing taxes like we are supposed to and doing everything right. My husband has been in the US for 5 years. Did we mess things up by waiting?
