I'm Sued

I' m Sued

I am being sued by a law firm. I owe the debt.
I don't really want to go to court. I have to send
in acknowledgement and get some paper notorized.
Do I need a lawyer for this? I want to pay the debt
before a trail date is set. Can I do this

You don't need a lawyer if you feel you are savvy enough with the law………..Talk to them and see if they would drop the charges if you pay the money before court date………you would need them to respond in a written agreement…..and copy the court as well. Then you can pay them using a check, certified letter and copy the the court as well……..then wait for the charge to be dropped. If you feel it is complex for you, just get a lawyer or an arbitrator which that law firm recognizes to figure it out. Talk to them for their recognized arbitrators.
