I am 18 years old, my mom and dad have been divorced for many years, and he never paid child support, I heard I can sue him or something like that, he is in jail and going to prison, I was told I can receive the money he never paid through some government grant, and it would sure help out for college, I need some information on how to do that or how to go about doing that, thank you
