I was arrested for being a habitual driver on a suspended license, I know I am so stupid!!! Anyway they are trying to seize my husbands suburban up in Lantana (F.H.P.). I read Fla Statute #322.34 sub-sec. # 8, letter a-d. According to that info it doesn't look like a legal seizure. They ( F.H.P.) said it is b/c we are married, Tallahasssee said there is nothing to support that in the Fla. Statute. Is this true??? Please help me????!!!!:
