I have a general ordeal. I sold a car to my distant cousin, put the car in his name, and he signed papers ( a contract ) stating that he owes me so much money and when the car will be paid off by and how much the monthly payments are. Since i put the car in his name, had him sign all the papers he has moved to florida. advice anyone?
