I have been falsely accused by Children's Protective Services. Please help me.

I have a restraining order against me on false charges. CPS has charged me before and have dug until they could make something stick. The caseworker assigned is no longer working for CPS. The childrens guardian ad-litem has bold faces lied to me and threatened me. I don't know my rights or who I should contact. Please help me.
