NEW CENTURY FINANCIAL IS NOW CLAIMING I OWE THEM MONEY FOR PROVIDIAN IS THIS ALLOWED? This was on my credit report and have court on Wednesday. Just wanted to know if this was legal. My account was sold/transferred to this people and briefly stated on my credit report that my account was closed with providian. Should I show this to the judge. I already had judgement entered against me and was served incorrectly. I tried making payment plan of $75. I mistankenly signed a wage execution but was suppose to be thrown out because of an error they made. I have their resubmission of papers. I am going to court for an objection to wage execution and now they wrote me a letter that they will not appear at court because they have all right to enter an execution because 1 I got a job and two I signed a paper that was suppose to be thrown out and never foward to the judge. What can I do to win this case any ideas. They don't even want to validate my account because of unknown judgement.
