I am a naturalized citizen.

I recently married a woman who is here illegally and has been working with her banking only social security card.

We got married in April 2008

I have already filed the I130 which was received on April 29th 2008.

Currently USCIS is processing up to Feb 29th 2008

Can I file forms for her to get a legal working permit? or can she renew her drivers license (she had a drivers license but it expired 2 years ago)

I'm not sure - what you've filed is an application for permanent residence. Getting married is one part of the equation - have you filed all the requisite forms, e.g. K-1?
