I was told today that my sons mother(yes, we have a son together) is pregnant.

She wants nothing to do with me, again.

Do I have any rights ???


She has claimed before that others have been the father, how do I find out without waiting after birth???

Until the baby is born, no, you don't have any rights, nor can you establish paternity.
