if i was lured through the internet and agreed to meet and get picked up and come in their home, is it still a crime?

if it was 2 years ago, is it too late to contact police

is it a crime that i was mentally abused?

    what if there's no evidence

is it still a crime if i'm over 18

is it a crime that there were four other people in the home who did not intervene

what is the process to report it?

If you believe you were the victim of any crime, report the matter to your local police, sheriff, or state police.

The agency will listen, investigate, and get back to you.

Over age 18 & two years ago, I don't know if the police will do anything. It could depend on the type of mental abuse. You are certainly free to report it to the police.

She has posted the same query in another forum and it generated many questions. She has never returned to answer them so I would expect the same here.
