i was charged with a d.v charge ive done jail time and paided my fines

I was charged with a d.v charge I did 4 days in jail paid my fines and completed my classes the case is still open I've just recently was told that when a restraining order against you you should be notified of this I've never received any such verbal or email or mail that tells me of this restrictions what can I do

Be smart, stay away from the victim.
It didn't work before, it won't work now.

If you are unsure about a restraining order simply contact the local county sheriff and ask if one is in effect.

If you weren't notified of one, there may not be one against you. Do as suggested & ask at the sheriff's office. Some sheriff's offices require a picture ID.
