I have a 5 yr old daughter that i gave her, her "sperm donators" last name he has nothing to do with her. He has probably maybe seen her 3 times in her life, and he only lives maybe 15- 20 min away. Yet he still seems to try and call me to come over all the time. Extremly pathetic! Anyways I want to give her my last name it is the only name she knows the only place we use his last name is atthe doctors office every where els it is mine school, sports, Just in general her name on things. She has just recently recieved a modeling contract with an agency in Houston, and they have to have a copy of her birthcertificate and we have to use her legal name on all the paper work (for paycheck reasons)...... I dont want her to become famouse with his last name or for him to find out what my child had acomplished and try and take money from her. I dont know what to do.
