Dad has no rights to this unborn child at this point in time.
Once the baby is born, he would need to go through the court system to be deemed the father of this child (i.e., typically DNA testing) since the two of you were not married.
He can then petition for visitation rights, custody; whatever he wishes. It will be up to the court to decide what "rights" he has.
You can petition for child support but unless you have some real data that dad will take off with the baby it is highly, highly unusual that a court will grant child support without giving the father of this child at least some rights to see his offspring.
Unfortunately this is something you should have thought about before making a baby with a stranger.
