I have been receiving numerous calls every day for over a month from Kay Jewelers requesting payments, my husband lost his job and I am the only one working right now and my mortgage payment comes first. I have received up to 20 calls in one day all from different numbers across the United States and I want to know if this is considered harassment? If so, what can I do to stop it?

Attempts to collect a valid debt generally are not considered harassment.
Perhaps you can obtain a loan to consolidate some of your debts into one easy payment?
You need to find a solution before your credit is destroyed.

A simple way to stop the calls, change your number and don't give the new number to anyone.
If debts are weighing you down, think about bankruptcy.
