I'm on unsupervised probation in Alabama and was traveling to Tennessee for work. I was pulled over for speeding, the officer say he smells weed. He search the car and find 2.8 grams and some muscle relaxer with out a label. I have court in February for this, am I faceing jail time?

Yes. Yes you are. Why on earth would someone on probation risk their freedom using illegal drugs?

Get yourself in a drug rehab program, VOLUNTARILY.
Ever notice what those rich celebrity kids do after they get pinched?
They rarely do jail or prison time, but they do lots of them illegal drugs and such.
Yep, get into a rehab program, join AA and NA, any other program after you finish in house rehab.
Gotta play the game to win the game.
Just do what them rich celebrity kids do, you'll be fine!!!
