Okay heres the deal ,
I am a Canadian Citizen, in December 05 I came to the States on vacation to spend time with my boyfriend at the time. I didnt have a visa because legally a Canadian is allowed to stay in the States legally for 6 months without one. In March my boyfriend proposed and in May/06 we were married in California.
We know need to know what is our first step in the proccess of making things legal that im here without having to return home because I dont want to be away from my husband. I havent broken any laws being here so far I havent worked or gone to school or anything just spent time with my now husband. Any information at all would be greatly appreciated, all the different topics are hard to filter through.
