I am recently divorced. In our divorce papers, she was given sole use of the ford excursion, which is my name only, and was to have it in her name alone by June 1st.
She has not been able to do so. She has told me she can not afford it any longer and is not going to make any further payments. I had previously, due to engine problems, told her I was going to call and get it turned back into the bank.
She seems to believe that she does not need to pay for it since I am getting it repossessed. She also has our three daughters.
I want our children to live with me. Would her not paying on the truck and not getting it in her name be stable grounds to take over custody of our children?
