First find out IF it is still in your name.

Then, if you want it, off to Cali you must go.
If its your vehicle alone, you can simply go and get it.
If you and mom are on the title together, you'll need a lawyer, or you might get smart and do nothing.

Doing something in this case means lots of work, and maybe lots of money.

If the title is in your name only, go get the vehicle. It's yours.

Agree with checking the title first. If it is yours, you will have to go get it. You can't force her to bring it to you, though you can certainly ask.
